At RE+ACTIVE Physical Therapy & Wellness, we believe in achieving our patients’ goals. For a complete recovery after an injury, the body needs to be “re-calibrated” to ensure re-injury does not occur. During physical therapy sessions, programs are design to recover from from the acute injury, and to address any dysfunctional compensation that were developed while injured. Patients are guided through a series of movements patterns to determine where the next “weakest link” may be in the body. That information is integrated into comprehensive recovery program so our patients leave feeling stronger and healthier long term.
